Production
Production accounting: from order to shipment
Production orders, technical sheets and specifications (BOM), reservation of raw materials, plan/actual cost and finished products in the warehouse - the entire cycle in one system related to sales and logistics.
Technical maps and specifications (BOM) Cost plan/actual Queue of orders by workshop Automatic write-off of raw materials
What the module can do
A production order is created automatically from a won deal—the manager doesn’t have to do anything with his hands.
MRP planning: the system itself reserves materials for order and puts a shortage in purchases.
Cost plan/actual for each order: materials, work, invoices - you can see where you are losing margin.
Workshop timer: operators mark operations from the phone, you see the real load and output.
Finished products are automatically delivered to the warehouse, delivery is created automatically.
Printed forms: workshop assignment, order passport, acts - in one click.
How does this work
1
The deal was won - the production order was created on its own, the materials were reserved, the shortage went to procurement.
2
The workshop carries out operations according to the technical map, the timer records the actual hours, and the defect is recorded with the reason.
3
Finished products are in the warehouse, delivery has been scheduled, the cost has been calculated - the margin on the order is before your eyes.
For workshops, small and medium-sized industries: furniture, printing, food products, building materials, assembly lines - where the queue of orders, raw materials, cost and timing are important.
